The Gloria Jean's Coffee franchise, has been recognised for their outstanding contributions in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Excellence in Franchising Awards, Parliament House, Canberra, Australia. Part of Australia's $80 billion franchise sector, Gloria Jean's Coffees has added another accolade to its ever-growing list of achievements by taking the Franchisor of the Year award. The event was hosted by the Small Business Minister, Gloria Jeans' Nabi Saleh and Peter Irvine accepted the award for the growing franchise, which now has 165 stores open across Australia. Hairhouse Warehouse franchisee Emad Nayef was also recognised as the Franchisee of the Year. Nayef has been part of the Hairhouse Warehouse group in Victoria since 1998 and now owns three salons. His success combines a solid franchising business model with good franchisee skills.
